[note. this doesn't work when swelling is at the maximum.]number two.    puff out your cheeks like you’re holding your breath. no one will know the difference!note. these suggestions are only in the first stage of testing. we are not positive if they work in all situations yet.

okay. maybe not exactly.

but I definitely discovered a new excercise technique for toning your abs.

get a cold combined with a cough. (i’m talking a good cough, one where you cough a lot.)

and bam. you’ll be able to feel the muscles working.

who knows, by the end of the week, I could actually have some nice ab muscles. :]

unlikely right?

i feel like a hypochondriac.

maybe its true, or maybe i have a right to be freaked out.

these headaches that create so much pain. i’m pretty sure tension headaches can be ruled out. those don’t generally cause nausea and dizzy spells. or make my head feel like i have a sinus headache minus the sinus issues.

but now i have meds. unfortunately these have yucky side effects. i’m super emotional annnd groggy. lovely huh? but they make the 4 a day headaches subside, and disappear completely. thank you God for that. so in the quest to end these headaches (and if the meds could go too, that’d be great) i get to have a cat scan. and the fact that my doctor says that’s necessary…scares me.

prayers would be fabulous. for my head to stop this. and for me to be able to deal with whatever the doctors discover. (and that they’ll discover it pretty quickly and with ease…and no needles involved preferably.)

you have no idea how much i appreciate it.

i’ll leave you with this.
